Top 3 small music venues in London

Posted May 12, 2016

As a backpacker many of us like to find some of the free things to do in the new city, town, village or even hostel we arrive at! This week I’ve written about few different music venues that have some awesome new artists to see for FREE…

Ain’t Nothing but the Blues

If you love Blues music like we do, this is a must. It’s described by the locals as the best Blues bar in London if not Europe. Situated just outside of Soho is a great little venue to grab a bite to eat and listen to some great music. The drinks are really well priced but be warned, get there early as the venue packs out!

The Lock Tavern

Where the cool kids hang out…in the Camden/Chalk Farm , this funky pub is a bit of a place to be seen, there’s a heated deck where one can “usually manage to find a seat”, along with live music, DJ sets. From the deck you have a good view of Camden markets too.

Don’t forget to try some of the mouth watering pie and mash the Lock has to offer…
