Sunday is more relaxed, and fitting for families with steel bands and kids parade whereas on Sunday there’s the main parade that involves many bands performing World Music rhythms, calypso and soca musicians and passionate dancer. Good times guaranteed thanks to more than 30 sound system and after party spread around Notting Hill if you can’t stop dancing, just be ready to be in overcrowded space so….leave your flip flops at home!
